How to Use KeraFlex

What’s Covered
• If your laser cap stops working or is defective within the first year, we will replace it at no cost.
• This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from KeraFactor.

What’s Not Covered
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs.
• Lost or stolen devices.

How to Claim

If your KeraFlex Laser Cap or Duo is not functioning properly, please contact our customer support team at Kerafactor@skinqri.com with your proof of purchase and order #. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective unit, and once received, we’ll ship a replacement to you promptly.
